Mike Heim

Director of CT Services

Mike is Director of CT Services at Nel Pretech Corporation. Interested in Math and Science, Mike graduated with a B.S. in Physics from Marquette University in 2009. During his time there, Mike was a member of the school’s varsity track and field team and actively participated in academic research in his field of study. After working for several years for Green Light Industries as a staff physicist, Mike went back to school and earned an M.S. in Applied Physics from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Upon graduation, Mike joined Nel Pretech as an Applications Engineer and has been here for the last 8 years. Mike has coauthored several academic publications with a professor he works with from IIT making use of CT equipment at Nel Pretech Corporation. Mike enjoys interacting with customers and helping them solve problems through the use of CT scanning. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and four sons.
