• Using industrial computed tomography (CT) scanning, we generated visual datasets to overlay on CAD models.
• As part of the technical team, we performed a lot of consulting and design work.
• We assisted with designing the prints, establishing the datum schemes and proper GD&T, and designed test features. It was important to execute good, robust metrology and repeatable fixturing on this project.
• In addition to designing and certifying production measurement and test fixtures, we also installed the fixtures at their manufacturing plant.
• At project completion, we provided all necessary use and certification documentation.
